large Japanese Print or Triptych of Women in a Salon

I found this large, framed print or triptych at the flea market today. i know it's in terrible condition and it was difficult to photograph w/ the glare on the glass. but i still think it's beautiful. it's 27 inches by 15 inches. any info appreciated!
