    UPDATED Before and After pictures. Stripped no sanding needed, and a finish applied......1-....Another Mike I Got It Find. A Streamline Heywood-Wakefield Desk. I think from the eagle Stamp that this came out around 1949, not 100% sure. Wondering if I should invest in Restoring it??? Hint....Hint.... thanks for looking 2nd- After 1st process of strippng. also noticed Numbers under bottom which is Pat. # along with the stamped Wheat.

      I love that eagle stamp! It's really not in that bad condition, so I don't think you'd have to invest a whole lot of time to redo it. Show the finished product when you do, make sure that eagle stays!

      These were also called a library desk or library table desk because of the book shelves on the end.
