Coca-Cola mirror sign. My friend has had this sign for 30 odd years but she is not sure of the date it was made. It is a very heavy mirror. Would anyone know of a date this would have been made?

It is modern fantasy item. Not a true Coca Cola piece.

These decorator mirrors first appeared in the late 1970s and were made in huge numbers. They often fool new collectors, who believe they are antique.

If you look on ebay you will see numerous examples. They also pop up on this site with some regularity. Look under "coca cola mirror" to find examples.
