Mystery Lamp

I got this hanging lamp at a second hand store but cannot find any makers marks, I will soon give it a good cleaning and hope to find something. It looks to have been converted from an oil lamp. The design is what makes me think of old western movies with the two burner lamp over the desk. I had to have it. It should clean up easy and I have the two chimneys for it but will have to get the glass shades if I don't have any in storage. If you have any ideas of the maker or if it was an oil burner PLEASE let me know. Thank You
