This bottle dates from 1869 to around 1872. Jacob was in the soda water business for only a short while and partnered with a Jacob Doerner in 1869.
There is an A & D.H.C. mark on the back of the bottle which tells us that the bottle was manufactured by Alexander & David H. Chambers. They were located in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania .
