1980s Propaganda posters from the former USSR.
I've tried using google translate to get some sort of idea of what the posters say. Although I think the pictures convey the messages well by themselves. I really like the first: What appears to be an olive branch turns into a US jet bomber.
1. Beware the 'Friendship' of the west
2. Rockets and guns protect our borders
3. High vigilance and discipline is everyone's responsibility
4. Spring is up. Don't waste time, grain grower
Russia has always been attacked from the West & are wary of that direction.
