This little 'treasure' scored from the junk store today, for pennies. :-) I know nothing of its actual age/history, there are no maker's/mfr's marks on it. About 6.5" long overall, its most/only distinguishing feature is the embossed brass "crest" insignia set into one side of its solid black bakelite handle, which itself is about 7/8" across. I also have absolutely no idea what that crest might signify, and/or if this opener was once part of a matching set. (or ??)

NO MATTER all that. I LIKE IT ;-) and only wish I regularly consumed beverages that come in pop-top bottles, so I could potentially actually *use* it more frequently, now that I own it...? <LOL>
