Approximately 6 months ago, I was contacted by a homeowner in New York's Westchester County. She asked that I assist in cleaning out her attic.
I noticed this painting and lucky to convenience the own that it was worth saving. She if teddy the ocean me.
The painting is in fairly good condition and is signed by what I believe to be a Dutch artist and dated 1882
I am asking anyone who have any information about the artist, to share this with me.
