This is the other figurine I recently bought at an auction. He has no markings. I'd love to know what the chinese symbols on the front mean. I'd like to know anything at all about this figurine. He is really big stand at around 50cm/20 inches without his cherry wood stand. He is slightly too big for his stand. Inside him is quite a lot of dry mud/dirt and some is ingrained in the folds of his clothing. It is as though he has been excavated or left in a garden for a long time at some stage of his existence. Any info anyone can offer about him would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
