This is extremely interesting. Another item I found in my dad’s antique booth. It’s heavy, kinda sounds like a kids toy when you shake it.
Didn’t see any markings. I’m at a total loss on this one!

I have a feeling these are Chinese. They are good at enamel work and love an internal bell.
Whether it is or isn't, it's a nice piece.

@racer4four thank you. I’ll have to see if I can possibly find something similar on eBay. I’ve never seen a piece like this before.
