      In near mint condition it would bring around 450.00. In this condition..250.00 .

      I'd say sodadad's estimate is close but probably a little high. I've seen a few of these in similar condition for $100 - $200. One guy had one mounted on a (possibly original) cast iron base, both were in excellent condition, offered for $500. In my experience that was also high.
