The word under the banner is Ironstone - what is above that I can't make out.
I tend to get a bit suspicious of this sort of back stamp! I saw a large platter in a charity shop and thought it looked interesting, but it didn't look quite right, so I looked into it later, and there are quite a few fakes with blurry backstamps about. I am not saying this is, but it looks similar.
