Tools and and a cork. There is a flathead screwdriver along with a corkscrew and a glove/shoe hook I dont exactly know how old these are but i believe they are from around the 60s as they were my grandfathers.

    Mystery Solved

Hey Henry, I think that's a button hook, used to pull a button on a shoe, through the eye, on 1800's-1920's shoes! :^D
Thanks for posting, I have a few advertising corkscrews like yours, and some of the button hooks had ivory handles! :^)

Thanks bill. I had no idea it was for shoes and that it was so old.

The tool was also used as a glove hook. Neil
