Art Pottery Pheasants Birds Roosters?

Please help me figure out what these are. They look to be mid-century, but who knows? Someone has one listed on Etsy in “gold tweed,” as Royal Haeger, but I cannot confirm. They look awfully new to me. No crazing. Thank you!
