      The silk item is a pillow case or pillow cover. They were popular souvenir/ homefront items and available in an almost unlimited number of designs for every post/ camp in the US.

      As for the wheel, maybe & maybe not. Most civil aviation wheels & many other parts have "mil-spec" ratings, So you would have to research the part # to see what it goes on. Not my job. LOL !
