    This came from my family’s estate as well. I have done a little research on it and it appears to be a litho, however there is some texture on the surface that are not brushstrokes.

      They used to put an oil texture on postcards since around 1910 and they were called "oilette." They did it on lithos also. I am not sure if this is one of them.
