C.D. Batchelor 4/01/1888 to 9/05/1977. American cartoonist who won a Pulitzer Prize in 1937. Long time employee of the New York Daily News. Here is four different original images of powerful men in 1966 with captions. They are Vietnam Era subject matter. President Lyndon B. Johnson, Robert F.
