Osage Orange Axe Handles

My favorite thing of all is making Osage Orange handles for every tool imaginable! This stuff is awesome! so strong, flexible, durable, incredible. Out-performs hickory by a long shot, ash is pretty, but it's not osage. I grow all three on my property as well as black locust. I still make 99% of my handles from Osage. Try it out sometime if you ever get a chance!
