Antique Iron Garden Hose reel Can't make out pat'd. date????

Found this covered in High grass on a farm. Appears to be an Old Iron Garden Hose Reel. There is a Pat. date, Hard to make out the year. but I believe that is just for the attachment for the hose not the reel. Any Help with the Age or Mfg. would be greatly appreciated.
