Found this at a yard sale. I have no idea what it is, whether it is a vase or something else. It is marked Rogers& Bros Tripleplate on the bottom with the numbers 7123-5 and L604. It has a lovely Egyptian design on it. I would love to know how old it is and what is it?

Looks to be Victorian silverplate.

Not sure of the size? The double handles would make me think a sugar bowl, with lid missing and part of a tea/ coffee set.

It stands about 7 inches tall and from handle to handle 8 and 1/2 inches.
