Murphy and Bolanz Official Map of the City of Dallas January 1911

Largest map I've ever bought. 7ft x 7ft. This is a map that was a retractable. Probably why it's in as good a shape as it is.
Bought at an Estate sale. Haven't been able to find any other 1911 Dallas maps for comparable sales.
