Can anyone identify?

Hello! I found this gem at a flea market for $20. It had been painted so many times the vast majority of the detail was completely hidden! I stripped the paint and found this gorgeous detail underneath!!! Had to replace electrics as they were shot. When I found it there was no glass in it (slag or otherwise) but there was a frame inside with fabric attached to it. The fabric disintegrated at first touch so I replaced it with some sheer stuff I had around. Didn't know it should have been glass til I started looking it up. Does anyone recognizes the style? Does the metal.fabric frame date it? Not looking for value and have no interest in selling. Just looking for info. THANX!
