Found at goodwill. Cleaned up and it works! Anyone know the maker? Is it porcelain? Glass? Year? Decade? Art Deco? Totally clueless over here.

It is a Victorian Figural Lamp and more often called a Colonial figural boudoir lamp. There appear to be very many for sale on the internet. More often than not they usually were sold in a pair. I could not find the exact on on the internet. Did you not look up in Google images for similar. It is NOT Art Deco, about as far from it as you possibly can get !~
