Unmarked Patriotic Demi parure?

Red, white and blue were never colors I considered fashionably attractive or desirable until I learned that the colors were very popular in women’s fashion during/following WW2 in particular, so I’m guessing this *unmarked* set, (bracelet and clip-on earrings) was made/sold/worn in the 1940s or 1950s? I found it at a church sale for $1 and hoped someone here might be able to enlighten me about who may have designed/manufactured the set and when. The gold tone metal does show a bit of wear on the backside but, (as you can see) it’s condition is otherwise excellent.
