I can't identify this vase. It is frosted uranium glass with lady. Picture does not do it justice. It's beautiful. Can I get help to figure out who made and when?

best id'ed as Tiffin #16265 by USG Tiffin; tho' that number applies to the torchier lamp which used the vase in it's production. here's an example of the lamp:

So it has no hole in the bottom for a lamp or bulb. Do I assume it was intended for a vase?
yes, Tiffin produced these in different colors as vases but didn't assign a different number for them.
