    This is another of the pieces from the Buddhist Temple in my neighborhood. unfortunately, the top of the scabbard [or whatever it is] on his back is broken off. It's stamped HONG KONG on the base in red. it's 10.5 inches high.

      Probably Lü Dongbin, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%C3%BC_Dongbin.

      The broken piece would've been his sword.
