Judging from the hard ware, I would say 1940's give or take a bit, this is just a guess, I try to keep my collection in the 1800's, but I think I'am pretty close, trunk is missing a lock, obviously a flat top, Round or dome tops were done away with by the early 1900's, without a makers label hard to say who the maker was, greendog.
Thankyou for that info. Its great to know toughly hiw old it is.
