It's probably an arts and craft project done within the last decade.
The pineapple and grape sections made with glass nuggets are obviously not leaded together but have some type filler holding them in place.
Hobby stores used to sell (and probably still sell) a product called Liquid Lead that amateur crafters could use in projects resembling leaded glass. I think that is what has been done here.
Look on the inside part. Do you see solder? Or does it look just like the outside?
