    This is a Monet brooch but I am not sure if it is vintage or not. It is large in size. Also, I can't figure it out if this is a star or starfish shape.

      Maybe vintage and maybe not - that particular mark was used beginning in 1955. I would hazard a guess and say 1980s, give or take some years. Not possible to nail it down to a specific year.
