      It's a mustache cup.

      Talking about value, prices etc. is prohibited here.

      I've never seen a mark that says Austrian China. I'll do some research.

      Perhaps I haven't looked far enough, but can't find that says 'Austrian China'. I hope someone more qualified comes along to help.
