I am looking to see if there's any value to this Austrian China Cup & Saucer? Can someone give me some history about when era in which is was made or if it was made for someone in particular

It's a mustache cup.

I've never seen a mark that says Austrian China. I'll do some research.

Perhaps I haven't looked far enough, but can't find that says 'Austrian China'. I hope someone more qualified comes along to help.
