need some assistance on information on this pitcher. doesn't have any marks age ? maker? it has no damage and the dog on handle is different

Can you add a pic of the unmarked base? Sometimes a base pic speaks volumes
I believe it’s either Monmouth Pottery or Vance Faience. Can you make our the pencilled marks? One is likely the shape number and the other either the height or capacity
