Prohibition Era Jockey Box

Looking for any info on the attached piece. I believe its a jockey box from the 20-s or 30s. Found a similar item in an old 1902 Bishop and Babcock catalog listed as a " picnic cooler". The center tap has a patent number that dates back to 1935 the other outer 2 handles say "Century" on them, but can't find any info on the web....any help would be greatly appreciated
