Murano? Salt & Pepper Signed & Dated Art Glass

This is a signed and dated salt and pepper set that looks like Murano Art Glass.
It has a date of "95" and a signature on each. Both of the blue tops have broken or detached from the base.
I found these in a garage floor in a box of keepsakes.
