Mining/wood working tools from 1800's

I was in Tahoe a couple years ago and found these in the lake in shallow water by the old sawmill area. I later found out that very few axe heads have been found in that area. Very rusty as you can see. As for the gold pan , not going to get much use out of it. Nonetheless, still a cool find .
