Hoya Crystal Japan Vase: Signed Fu. Sosso

I have a problem with vases: I can never have enough! That's the reason I added one more to my collection. When I saw this vase, I was intrigued by the quality of the crystal and the craftsmanship. The vase is in perfect condition. It stands about 12 inches tall and has a twisted lower part. It is rather heavy - more than 6 pounds. The vase has a blue paper label and is signed on the base: Fu. Sosso (hard to photograph).

I believe that the vase is not very old. I found some similar vases online but non was exactly like mine.
