i found this in a vintage clothes store and traded a few outfits for it. I have never seen anything like it. From the look of the cooler I am guessing late 50s or early 60s. I’m putting this in mid century because there isn’t a medical equipment field. If someone knows a catagory better please tell me. I’d like to get some thoughts on this. Definitely unusual....and probably rare.

Sorry this comment won't be of much use to help you learn more about your cooler, but I can't help myself but to point out that it is, perhaps, just as unique/creepy/etc as my "blood box"...?? <applause>
