I found this odd little kokeshi the other day. maybe it's a nun? a Buddhist nun, maybe? what do you think?

Hi, I think it’s a Yukinko kokeshi, which depicts a “snow child”. They are distinguished by their pointed hats and yours looks like it has a scarf on as well.
