Occupied japan African American figurines

I seen another post on here someone was trying to find about his figurines and had no lick, I was trying to figure oit more about mine so hoping someone could help me here. 2 of them say occupied in japan one of those say made above it and the 3rd one has nothing on them. they look to be hand painted to me.. hope someone could help..

Sorrt about the picture being sideways, tried everything. Also, I havent been posting for awhile because it wouldnt let me upload pictures at all. So finally tried and finally here I am.. lol
