My husband found this in a box of family items that have been passed down. He thinks it belonged to a woman who doesn’t in 1900. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

I think its Replacements code RID98 but not sure, and all they have is a photo of a tray. Blue Flowers, Swirl Rim, Gold Trim
If you check the Patterns that Replacements has and compare with the Piece that you have, you might find a better match. You can search Ridgways Royal semi porcelain England, for the history of the Company its late 1800's to early 1900's maybe mid-century! Good Luck, Stay Safe, and Well! :^)
