    Pls help with any information on this sword. O/A length.: 975mm/38 1/4" Blade: 844mm/33"
    Width: 35mm. Similar to (patt.1796 french german/dutch or patt.1788 british) but only markings decyphered is, : "ISALA AT" on spline. It differ because long narrow langets and extra metal insert inside of d-shaped guard (see photos). Any information appreciated.

      The French often put the name & date of armoury on the spine. Ck Fr. arsenals for that period.
