This is an old copper kettle. I believe it is copper and the handle might be brass or bronze? I have looked everywhere and can't find another like it. It has holes on the bottom and 4 holes around the sides. There is a square opening in the back and then the spout in the front. It looks as if there is an inner chamber--but I don't get the holes. Is if for gas, electric, over an open fire? Any info will be most appreciated. I just want to know what it is--and should I use it?
