New to me antique chair....not sure of time period or style name.

Found this chair online and bought it for a song. Not totally sure of its time period, but from what I can tell it might be Hollywood Regency chair. It’s not exactly an X-chair, because the “x” is on the side. And it’s not a planters or lazy chair because the back and seat don’t curve into each other. Not really trying to find a value, but any clues as to it’s actually time period/style?
