Hello, Are the holes in line top and bottom? Possibly a structural component?

    2. Lisa288 Lisa288, 4 years ago
Yes There are (5) 1-3/8" holes lined upon 2 sides of both the top & Bottom Plate and then there are (4) 1" holes lined up on the inner portion of two sides both top and bottom. The photos depict as such.

Do you have any idea What the Entire structure would be for? And Do you happen to know What the Entire structure would actually be called? Or where on the internet I could locate something similar ?
      Thank-You ????

A suggestion: these are the bases to a steel column for a warehouse or similar structure. They are designed so that they can be unbolted (one-by-one) old truck tyres slid over them and then bolted back into place. You often see this at the entrance to a warehouse where heavy trucks, forklifts etc are in and out all day. This is to protect the vehicles as well as the structure. When the tyres get worn our/bashed to bits they are simply replaced.

A Big Thanks to IPtool & Onedtent
I appreciate your feedback but I don't think we hit the nail on the head as of yet.

I was thinking it was more of a Base for some Kind of
Tool to be mounted ON? But, I'm NOT SURE!

Any other comments or suggestions Would be welcome
