Just picked this up I’m not positive what it is or who made it Is it Bronze ? Top piece comes off. Bottom looks like waves to me. I do not see it signed anywhere. It’s about 17” H and base is 9” in Diameter. Dragon goes around the top part on the outside of vase raised. The bottom looks like it could be a different metal type than the top. If anyone has a clue what this is I would Love to know. Thanks in advance
