    Bought at an estate sale no idea as to nationality. It has a serial number 35851 befor the serial numer thheir are 2 marks but unable to see well any info.?

      It has the leather frog so that is good. The curved guard is typical of Asian bayonets.

      Search French bayonets. This is possibly a Lebel/Rosalie.

      That type triangular or Quad(whatever) blade was outlawed by some convention about "civilized warfare". Go figure !
