I wanted to show this piece because what is left of it is really pretty. All opinions and comments welcome, any ideas? Thank you.

Japanese instead of Chinese, more valuable cloisonne wirework and wireless blue background. Any mark on the base? I did this too, buy damaged pieces just so I could admire the skilled workmanship up close. Thanks for posting.

thank you truth. For some reason the pictures are horizontal I will try to fix it.
I guess these are impossible to have repaired.

Not impossible, there was an American couple the Chu's, who were collectors, and also learned how to repair damaged cloisonne surfaces on the metal base, there is a small book they published with a whole chapter about this topic in particular.
      I recommend it.
This a link to the book if you are interested.

thank you truth...this would have been a special thing without the damage I assume

you assume right BH, the detail in the brown enamel areas is excellent, you see this only in the top cloisonne master studios. This combination is early 20th, before 1910.
