Another one of my finds today, don’t know what to say about this one, it’s a glass swirl lol , if anybody knows anything I would appreciate it.

Your pics are kinda fuzzy, but if this item might happen to have a sorta oddly placed hole in the side of its 'base' part (and/or maybe another smaller one on its 'neck' part) that wouldn't allow it to actually hold very much water (fluid) as a typical flower vase, I might have a guess what it is/was...?
