Looking for more information on this oil painting. Signed F. Dressen Tried searching and only find clowns with the odd football painting. Any help would be much appreciated.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of information about him. Although he did a lot of works. If you do a Google search with his name and football after it there is several football paintings for sale.

Some say it's Frank Dressen and some say he's from China.
