Any information about this lamp i would love, also any ideas on a shade that would look right?

Its about 1968 or 1969 when the table lamps were being made and into the 1970's. Never post a picture of "leviton" as that is on all lamps of the 20th century. I suggest that you delete that picture. Rules say you have to rotate your photos the right way up. You can do that easily from your computer.

Unless you're using your phone. Its a known issue by the owners of this site, that photo editing is messed up from phones. With the popularity of this site, I'm not sure why they don't fix this issue, it's very distracting.

I did try to rotate the photos, I apologize I wasn't sure the Leviton meant anything,thanks for the info about the age.
