antique table lamp that is also a fountain

My wife and I bought this at an estate sale in Colorado. We have no idea who made it. We have found one example on Pinterest but with different shade and no slag glass splash guard. It is cast spetler. It has a Diehl Manufacturing Company pump motor inside the figures. The lamp looks to be authentic antique in every way.
